Adapted from the beloved literary classic, THE CALL OF THE WILD vividly brings to the screen the story of Buck, a big-hearted dog whose blissful domestic life is turned upside down when he is suddenly uprooted from his California home and transplanted to the exotic wilds of the Yukon during the Gold Rush of the 1890s.
As the newest rookie on a mail delivery dog sled team–and later its leader–Buck experiences the adventure of a lifetime, ultimately finding his true place in the world and becoming his own master. The Call of The Wild well made book to movie, incredibly made movie. Buck is an extremely likable BIG & very Smart who goes on a compelling journey into the wilderness. Despite being a dog and not having a word of dialogue, Buck is an incredibly interesting, for a Big.
Just saw it with my whole family ( Dog include) and have to say: It was Wonderfully Successful. The beauty of the Canada mountains, and the wilderness is something Definitely out of my dreams takes me back to literature childhood and the exciting, dangerous, inner self overcoming Resleinace that is sometimes road’s life.
